You need to become familiar with the three association documents. These are the Declaration, the By-Laws and the Articles.

These documents tell you what the rules and regulations for the community are. You are responsible for reading them and abiding by their content.

In addition, there are forms that you will need for communicating with the management company and the Board.

Garbage pick-up is Tuesday and Fridays. Recyclables are collected on Tuesday.

You must place your containers by the curb, but not in the road.

You can leave them at the curb from 5:00 PM the night before.

At other times, Garbage/Recyclable Containers must be stored BEHIND your fence.

The old post office for Meadow Trace was closed about a year ago. The post office is now the Country Lakes Branch.

If you want the mailperson to pick up mail, place it in the mailbox and raise the red flag. This flag is for you to indicate to the mailperson that there is mail to be picked up. It is not for the mailperson to let you know that you have mail.
